Shipping & Delivery

Most items are available in part form but many have to be built up as they are specific to different bike models. We will let you know how long it will take before despatch.

We cannot send orders to BFPO addresses.

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked for small,light orders and Parcelforce or other courier services for heavier,bulky orders. Please allow approx 2-3 days for delivery after the order has been despatched.Large and heavy items ,will be sent by Parcelforce(UK Mainland only).

Overseas orders are sent using Royal Mail International Signed For service and Royal Mail Airsure service (where permitting).Heavier items e.g.forks are sent using Parcelforce Worldwide Delivery times will vary depending on destination,customs clearance,local postal service,etc.Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.Postage costs include Insurance for the value of the order.

We aim to despatch orders as quickly as we can but we cannot guarantee same day despatch and we cannot guarantee 'next day' delivery. The mail order department operates Monday to Friday,9am-5.30pm.

Once the order has been despatched you will receive an email confiming this, provided the email address given is correct. We recommend checking your junk mail folder as this is where the despatch confirmation email can end up.

During peak summer season (April to September) please allow additional time for orders to be processed and delivered. We recommend allowing at least one week if you are ordering for an event. 

We use Royal Mail Tracked service to deliver most UK orders.  A signature is not required.  If the order is small enough it will be delivered through the letterbox.  If you are not in then the Postman should leave you a card informing you to collect your order from your nearest Delivery Office.

  • Please note: we have no control over how the Postal Service operates and we will not be held liable for late/delayed orders.  If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timescale then do contact us.
  • Please note: The Royal Mail does not claim that a parcel is missing until 14 working days after posting (UK) and 25 days (rest of world)

If you require a tracking number/order status then you can email or phone us, this information is available but does not automatically get sent via email.

Where we send orders with a tracking number this will be shown against your order in the "Your Account" section so you will be able to check for yourself.

In the case of us sending orders using Parcelforce (UK delivery):  Parcelforce can deliver anytime between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday only. Even though Parcelforce operate a "Next Day" 24 hour service and 48 hour service, this cannot be guaranteed as their operations are out of our control.  Orders sent to Scotland,Northern Ireland,Channel Islands and any other outlying area may take 2-4 days.

Privacy & Security
We respect the privacy of all our customers, no information received will be sold or given to a third party.
All the online payments are conducted via PayPal,  which is a secure online transaction company. Racelab have no access to the online payment details submitted,when orders are placed.
Returns & Replacements

If you receive your order and it is wrong/faulty/not what you wanted/don't like the colour,etc,then please fill in the returns form that is included with every order and include it with the item/s that you are returning.If a returns form is not included then please give us a call  and let us know what is being returned,if the order was done online or the telephone,and if an exchange or refund is required.This helps us to sort out any returns quickly.

 

Please return items back to us within 30 days of purchase,or the end of January in the event of unwanted Christmas Presents.

Please include your receipt as proof of purchase or a photocopy if you require it for your records.

 

Goods returned for exchange or refund MUST be in mint, unused, re-saleable condition, with all tags(if they were included)/packaging/etc. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do not refund postage costs on unwanted items returned for exchange or refund.

Refunds will be carried out as soon as possible, although please allow up to 30 days. Refunds may take up to 10 days to show on your account. This is due to the banking system.

 

We recommend using either Royal Mail Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery with which to return goods to us. We will not be held responsible if you are returning goods back to us and they do not arrive.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
  • Discount/Promotion codes are valid on all products unless stated otherwise on that product.
  • Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with each other or any other offer that is running
  • Discount/Promotion codes can only be accepted on new orders. They cannot be used for returns/exchanges.
  • Discount/Promotion codes are only valid for a specified term and cannot be backdated to earlier purchases.
  • Discount/Promotion codes are only valid if the product is in stock, We try to keep the website up-to-date with stock information (please read section - All goods subject to availabilty)
